They focus not just on directing but on connecting with their teams, and they pursue not just short-term goals and career moves, but deep personal growth, moral authority and their true calling in life.
People tend to think that increased productivity is going to be exhausting. They believe that they’ll have to work all the time, at full capacity, to fulfill their ambitions. But in fact the opposite is true. The more productive you are, the faster you can finish your work. That means more time to do the things that matter to you. And, as a consequence, you will be more happy and refreshed, which will make you even more productive.
The secret to becoming wealthy is living below your means to save up money, and investing part of it in a way that generates interest for you. You must also understand that you can earn yourself luck by working hard and seizing opportunities bravely.
Happiness is much easier to achieve than people generally think. All it takes is understanding and honoring the truth about the world and ourselves.
